Funny thing is that I have always being an incredibly emotional person - but since I started seeing a new therapist late last year - I tend understand things better now. I can see where my emotions are tumbling out from. They're still there, but I can control it better

Phew Chachi. Sometimes you are like the touch of a feather on my cheek. Completely surprising, but you remind me of what I know, but have long forgotten. I think I am going to go for a long walk and rediscover how to b-r-e-a-t-h.
